Low Fat No Bake
Snack Mix
4 cups Oat bran cereal squares
½ cup dry roasted nuts or soy nuts
1 cup dried mixed fruit
1/2 cup dried apple rings
Combine all ingredients
and store in covered container. Makes about 40 ½ cup serving:
81 Calories, l g Fat, 0 g Sat Fat, 0 g Cholesterol, 71 g Sodium,
1.5 g Fiber, 2 g Protein. |
